Okay, so I'll present you the StarWars movie, which you can watch for free if you have a working telnet client.

First, open up your telnet client. In windows XP or 2K, you can do this by:

Open up RUN on the start menu by pressing WINKEY + R or by clicking its icon, and then enter:
telnet

A command-prompt style window should appear then type the following on it:
o towel.blinkenlights.nl

Then press enter. Hurray! You just found a secret movie and watch it for free (though it's dos text graphics but looks neat too. too bad it's got no audio :()!

Okay, so I'll present you the StarWars movie, which you can watch for free if you have a WIN2K/XP installation (actually, this is regarded as an easter egg).

Or Mac OS X, Linux, or any other platform with a telnet client. :) Stil amusing, though.

I'm pretty sure the Star Wars video was done by hand, but VLC (and mplayer) can actually "textify" your own videos on the fly.
