Was wasting some time at work and came up with this in paint. I'm not very good at art, but I can come up with a few things via trial and error in paint.

But what I'm really looking for, is a "sophisticated" paint program that I can do a little more, without having such a boxy look to everything. Perhaps something I can even draw and animate a little bit. :P I don't want anything like PS because I have already got it. Anybody have any suggestions?

Feel free to C & C. :)

Macromedia Fireworks 8, free to download. (http://www.soft82.com/download/Windows/Macromedia_Fireworks)

You can make good pictures with this, even little movies. Try it out.

Why wouldn't you just use PS? It seems to be the solution to everything nowadays. That, google, and wikipedia.

PS is expensive :/

Google and wiki are free though :P

On-topic: picture is nice, much better than anything I could do. Gj.

I've got CS2 but I don't really like it for drawing pictures. I like simple things. Thanks though. :)

Download the gimp, it's free, the basics are easy and there's plenty of tutorials for more advanced stuff.

Nice suggestion. But he said earlier that he doesn't want Photoshop-like tools, and he just want simple ones. Go with PAINT.NET (http://www.warboards.org/getpaint.net).

No, it isn't. You have to buy it now, since Adobe bought Macromedia way ago. :(
