Adobe Flash, and it isn't easy.

YoYo Games' GameMaker. Very easy game maker similar to the Flash system, and has beginner (GUI) and advanced (console) system.

Heh. This is easy. Macromedia Flash. Doy. If it's a Flash file, use Flash to make it. I haven't worked with GameMaker before, I'll have to take a look at it...
But anyway, you can probably find old versions of Flash in bargain bins for $20USD (15E?), depending on availability in...Romania, was it? Otherwise, new versions of Flash cost $400USD (250-300E?) and up, I believe. Personally, I use MX Pro 2004 for all my Flash dabblings...which don't extend far beyond simple movies, some UI's, and basic ActionScript. I could do an impossible quiz though, but I won't, being the mostly sane person that I am.

FYI: Adobe bought Macromedia, Macromedia no longer exists =p

There is a huge amount of flash editing lessons published online.

Try googling flash editing for dummies, or flash editing step by step.

Seriously, works for finding published lesson material for almost anything.

Adobe Flash CS3 goes for $700 if you are buying new, otherwise to upgrade it is significantly cheaper.
With it you can program in ActionScript 3 which is a significant improvement over its predecessor, so if you are able to get your hands on that , then it is a plus.

Hey, TNE. I guess you're back huh? 'Cause I don't recall seeing you that much often anymore.
