Assassin's Creed. I know it's flawed in many ways, but it's quite a revolutionary game. It was one of the only games to do something completely unique with relative succes.

Those are my picksMine are the same as his. Most fun I had playing video games in a long time unlike Assassins Creed which got very repetitive very quick and Bioshock which decided a challenge would be a dumb idea.
