Okay, you need either a touch or a new generation 50GB Ipod.

First of all, You need to charge you're ipod with the normal charger. Wait until it's fully charged. Plug in the Usb and put it in you're computer. If you have halo 3. Take the disc, and put it on top of you're ipod or ipod touch. There, Halo 3 is now on your ipod. Happy?
