That's right, the campaign supported by Campaign Creations and created by Oracle is not dead, as many predicted. Nearly a decade had passed since the three final missions for Episode II (Dawn of Darkness) have been released, and in that time, many thought the campaign was over, although it was officially declared in the CC site that it was under "indefinite hold".
But now, after 9 years, old SC celebrities like Oracle, Joel Steudler and Desler return on the verge of SCII's release to make plans for future campaigns, and LOTC Episode III: Galaxy of Fire, is one such example.
Here's the proof that I ain't lying to you right here, and it's first question batch had begun to be released:
LOTC III Thread (Campaign Creations) (http://www.campaigncreations.org/forum/index.php?topic=519.0)
If you have any questions you would like to ask about the campaign, PM me, and I'll see what I can do. Answers, comments, critics and doubts will be in this thread, like always.
Have fun.

I am greatly pleased by this. More than having LotC come back is having the people who MADE LotC come back and be active forumers again. Imo, this signals a rise in mapping & mapping talent.

That's a waste of their time. By the time they finish, SC2 probably would be out, or at least coming very soon.

And it would keep the pros still playing SC1 :P

In my experience, pros don't care for UMS much.

Hey everyone,
Oracle here. SC2 is still 6-8 months off but work on LotC continues as we start closing in on the end date.
What work is in progress?
Voiceover Work
Graphics Work (Cinematics)
What work is done?
The script, at 676 pages and just over 11 hours of spoken dialogue, it should answer every unanswered question from the original LotC in StarCraft 1 and then add a whole new layer on top of that.
Stop by campaigncreations and see what's going on with the campaign so far.

Wow, Oracle...long time man. I remember playing all your SC campaigns back in the day. Then you quit. I always enjoyed playing LotC greatly...
and if you need some extra dialog voice of a now 26 year old, I'm in! Good luck dude.
