This is old. Seen it countless of times. I also know why it's banned - it shows audiences that the console could turn people crazy and kill each other. :o

Even though they're not actually killing each other, and rather, simply pointing a finger at one another and shouting 'bang!'?

Or when Pickton was sentenced to 25 years in prison even though it was 6 women that they found he murdered in BC, and really it'd make more sense for the sentences to stack?
