What patch do I use for Arsenal III? How do you reverse its affects also?

Arsenal III is a modding program and it works on all versions of StarCraft and you don't reverse the the affects since it's only temporarily through a patching program.

Okay...to compensate for my lack of knowledge in the modding world, I'm attaching two mods, a text file explaining both, and two maps for playing them on. All by me.
