Do you mean, how to create the units already stacked, or how to stack them using triggers?

@ling: with triggers you dolt, he specified triggers, one would assume triggers are involved

Triggers are used for creating units as well as for allowing units to be stacked.

Ok you can get units to be stacked via triggers.It is limited to certain units though.
The way you do it is messing with disabled sprites.There are maps that do this go on maplantis.org and look at the expermental area.Loveless has made a few maps showing how to do that.
