Nobody here really supports hacks for anything relating to SC, so dont expect much of a response..

He's talking about special programs and various things that let you make neato triggers and units, not StarCraft hacks.

I recommend you download StarCraft Extra Editor 2.5 (or 2.6, I could never tell the difference between the versions), StarForge, and SCmDraft. SC Extra Editor is the only editor of those 3 with the standard trigger interface, whereas the other two allow you to place square terrain. SCMDraft has no trigger system, whereas StarForge has a text based trigger system, where you type everything in.
