Where is the tool to mirror terrain? I cant find it in SCMDraft...

Top right corner. There's three checkboxes named mirror x mirror y and mirror xy. It will only show up if you're in the terrain mode.

You have to be in terrain mode and selecting a terrain for it to show up

You need the latest version (the SC.org download is outdated).

Unfortunately AJ hasnt gotten off his lazy duff and hosted the files I sent him...two months ago...

Once you DL it, there will be 3 checkboxes on your top right toolbar. Each will mirror a different corner.
