This thread is for a discussion on the Executor character you play as in Episodes 3 and 4 and why you think they Executor should, or should not, be included as a character in Starcraft 2. And, if this topic interests you, you would like to add your own theories about the Executor and where he/she has been since the end of Episode 4, please post!
To those of you who dont remember, the Executor is the supreme military commander of the entire Protoss military, elected into his/her position. The first Protoss Executor we are introduced to is Tassadar, but as the missions progress and Tassadar seemingly abandons his post, a new Executor, you, is chosen to lead the Protoss war effort against the ravenous forces of the Zerg Swarm. You begin your term as Executor by relieving the province of Antioch and meeting up with an old friend, Fenix. Eventually, after killing a Zerg Cerebrate, retaking the Province of Scion, and seemingly losing your friend Fenix to the Swarm, you are ordered off planet to find Tassadar. You eventually find him, and Jim raynor, and although Aldaris orders you to take Tassadar into custody, you decide to help your old friend find the Dark Templar, even though you are damning yourself in the eyes of the Conclave and the majority of Protoss society. You eventually help Tassadar rescue Zeratul, and when you return to Auir you find Fenix still alive and you end up leading the rebellion against the Conclave and the rescue of Tassadar. At the end of Episode 3 you lead the final assault against the Overmind.
Throughout Episode 4 you repeatedly battle the Zerg and Terran forces, even leading the Dark Templar to put down a High Templar rebellion.
I think it would be a good idea to turn the Executor into a character for Starcraft 2, as not only would it sort of create a new Protoss hero, but it would also fill in a hole as to what happened to the character you played as for both Protoss missions.
