needs to on top and on the bottom, so you dont need to scroll back to the top to switch topics/forums.

It's just hard to see. Look directly under the last post, between it and the quick reply box or the "currently active users viewing this thread" box.

They're just smaller and in a different format than at the top. They look quite clean, honestly - and that, perhaps, is why they're so hard to see.

Is it hard to you to move the slidebar to the top?Or turn the wheel on the mouse?

because that's on the bottom simple because that's where it makes the most sense.

you can always use the breadcrumb at the top or bottom of any thread to backtrack.

I personally use the breadcrumb more than the forum jump.

And I had never noticed the breadcrumb at the bottom until now.

As for me I use the breadcrumbs a lot more than the forum jump window, especially the bottom one.
