Terrans in K Sector and Humans on Earth

Should The Terrans in K-sector and the Humans on earth be separated if Blizzard makes A SC2.

no K-secter would be a race called the dominian and earth would be the UED but bouth sids are terran just with difernt tactics and troops

Yes i think they should be... well should have been. They lived in different places than each other with no contact for a long time. How would they have devoloped their military the same way over that long of a period of time. Well now they cant really do that though because they already made the humans, both terrans and those from earth, the same.

so....they are one and the same.

incedentally, the confederacy and dominion were both illegal seperatist governments, the accepted government for the better part of the galaxy is the UED

let ME clarify....

they may be the same biologicaly, (except ghosts kinda) but the technoligy could be drasticaly different, as the Terrans and UED weren't in contact for awhile. The UPL observed the K sector and the terrans and probably decided that it'd be better to use the Terran technoligy to comat the zerg and protoss, possibly make them seem weaker than they are.

Yes i know they both come from earth, but the terrans in the K-sector, have no contact with the people on earth for a very long time. What are the chances they would develop the same technology as the ones on earth. They may be the same race, but should have been very different due to the differnce in technology.

agreed, and i want to see the UED's massive fleets descend on the K-Sector again.

I vote for seperate races. Why? Two main reasons:

-The Terrans back on Earth were monitoring their 'wayward colonies' for most of their history. Hence, they could analyze the weapons and technologies used against the Protoss, Zerg, and each other. From that, they could realize that the Vulture may have only been good enough for scouting, not as a frontline attack unit and discarded it except for aforesaid reason. They could either modify or build entirely new weaponry for countering the Zerg (ala the Valkyrie) or maybe a way to preserve units (ala Medic) or to improve their weapons (Charon Boosters).

-The Terrans in the K sector were completely isolated from Earth for a long while. Of course they were going to grow differently than their predecessors, and develop weapons and technology to meet their needs. Earth had no need of Psi Emitters because they had never even heard of the Zerg. They never developed the Goliath because they were not involved in the Guild Wars that fashioned such a machine.

So, yes. Seperate races.

the UED have better everything......or should have, the K-Sector colonies had to rebuild a society from the stone age (well, nearly)

so at least a few hundred years of tech to the UED




and, battlecruisers..........the word battlecruiser was given to a new type of fast, Medium armed, LIGHTLY ARMOURED warship.

i would like to see a full blown Dreadnought-class type starship for the UED

Armour 15, 150 damage per turret (3 of), double yamato cannon, 1500HP...........

Huge naval battles anyone?
