Why wouldn't they? Of course they want to grab the attention of everyone. This is probably why SoW will do so well, because it grabs everyone's attention back into StarCraft.
Blizz aren't participating in e for all
Blizzard isn't participating in E at all*

They aren't
It isn't
Blizzard goes both ways. In fact, I'd say "they".
Anyways, what is "E for all" and "SoW"?

I don't know what "E for all" is, either. But for "SoW", go to this address:

I don't know. As long as they keep it <18 , I can buy it in stores here.
Rating system here is something no one cares about. It's all age based, and pretty sloppy to.

(and lets stop all this blatant advertising for SoW. We don't need it associated with sc2)

E for all=entertainment for all show at the L.A. convention center where E3 was held.
This show is basicly a substitute for it. THQ, Namco, Saga and EA have officially confirmed their participation but for all the rest who knows.
