As those of you who frequent IRC already know, I'm doing a set of Warboards-themed Warhammer 40,000/Fantasy Battle conversions. I've already decided on a few members here and what models they get, but since I've come into some more spending money, I've decided to expand the project to any of those interested.
So far, the people I know I'm going to model, and what model they'll get, are as follows:

Protoss_Honor: Eldar Wraithlord (Complete)
Tanis: Inquisitor Lord (Not Started)
Dezzick: Chaos Lord in Terminator Armor (Not Started)
Ktan Commissar (Not Started)
DarkMirror Black Templar something (Not Started)
DarthPaul Ork Mekboy (Not Started)
Tech Ratling Sniper (Not Started)
Pisces Skink Priest (Not Started)
If you're interested, post your name here and what model you'd like to be. Any special conversion pieces are also appreciated, but if you have none in mind, I'll do my best to capture your essence.
My essence is uncapturable...but you can try, kong-kong.

Hmm. I think I'll make my own, but I'd love to see what you can do. Use whatever model you feel most appropriate from your occasional interactions with me, if you find time. In my own conversion, I'll probably try to get ahold of either a ... Lictor, Zoanthrope, Warrior with a stealth mod, one of the assassins, or a GK termy (due to their night-rule auras and vindicative stance). Possibly a chaos sorcerer, though I'm not sure whether they can have stealth rules. Farseer.. Maybe, but I always feel equating someone to an Eldar is rediculously egotistical, though they do have the fault of pride, I suppose.
/perhaps a techpriest of Mars gone totally nuts, or a rogue inquisitor?
Maybe I'll just try to draw it...

I'm thinking Librarian, Chappy or Commisar on the Imperial side, Dark Apostle on the Chaos side or Lord on the Necron side. Otherwise, I'm very open to suggestions, and if anyone has an idea that they think fits me better, I'm all ears.
Fancy over the top weapons are a plus. Can we have some pictures of the ones you have already done?

Dark, I can do. Warhammer 40,000 is dark. Sneaky is more difficult, and I'm not picking models for people. The only reason I picked other peoples' models is because I wanted to give me something more to do than just myself as this began as a little personal project.

Oh well. I only kinda just got into looking at models, so I dont know any good ones to use. Maybe one of the black templar guys with the hoods and cloaks over their armor?
Just something thats not huge and hulking, how about that.

Cool. Thier pretty damn cool. Only thing I dont like are the gliders, but I can deal. Your going to be owning them anyways, so no biggie. Thanks! Cant wait to see the final product.
Oh, and I have another request. My freind DarthPaul is into the Orkz, so could you make him a Mekboy? The ones with the huge metal claw arm and stuff?

I wouldn't mind being an IG sniper. As soon as I stop being so poor I'm gonna be making an IG army, so it would be cool to see what you can do with em.

I think i should be in on this, How about a Gaurdsmen I dont know why i just like the look of em, try and make it like a luitenant but abit of a rough look instead of regimental appearence.

I didn't even have to do any work on this, I already have plenty of Guardsmen models that I've given personality to.
Hope you don't mind the Armageddon Steel Legion.

This may sound inconsiderate, but could I not be a Hellion? Rather be a Vespid Stingwing, or some sort of Space marine. Again, those cool guys with the robes over the armor?
Its just that i dont want to be a techo-vamp.

Yeah, thats what I'm going for. The Black Templar are kickass.
Cypher is a Fallen Dark Angel... you could go with Grand Chaplain Grimaldus of the Black Templar.

Inquisitor lord with bolter-stake crossbow atm. Its a model I am going to work on soon myself, using the daemonhunters inquisitor model, either the one with the sword or the book, then painting him in a naval style with green hair. He will be themed as a rogue trader captain.
I think a skink priest suits my avatar better. But yeah, don't bother with me, I think you have enough to do already.

If you don't want to be a Hellion, then make your own conversions. Once I'm set, I probably won't be resetting anyone's models unless I really like them, or I'm feeling really nice, since I buy all the basic models in bulk and worry about extra bitz and such later. Since I haven't bought all the new models yet (going to do so later), I'll change it for you. Tell me specifically what you want and I shall do my best.

Tau pathfinder with Railrifle and bonding knife, and if you don't have a color sceme picked out make him grey with Black sept markings

Edit: I Understand that you can't have a Tau pathfinder have a Rail Rifle and a Bonding knife, so if you don't want to make ileagle unit forget the bonding knife, if I'm incorrect and you can have a pathfinder with a bonding knife and a rail rifle, thank WOO-HOO i can have a Shas'ui with a rail rifle

Thats the normal theme, I'm not quite sure why. Thousand sons are endulgers of ancient knowledge so that may have something to do with it.
