As you should know by now, I am making a StarCraft mod on the Battlefield game engine...Codename:Ground Zero...
it is a fully 3D FPS and i would apreciate and ideas and/or battles you would like me to recreate in the game.

Oh yeah. I love Battlefield 1942. If you need any testing, PM me. But I didn't play any campaigns yet (BSTRhino says I should so I probably will in a few weeks) so I don't know any battles.

im talking about and battles from Starcraft i should recreate..

Wasn't there already some sort of mod like that?
Recreate Emporers fall (ground zero), you know , where 500+ units are wasted by a few nukes!

You actually played that one? I always destroyed the silos...Battlecruisers are easy to beat...at least for me. Nukes require cloak detection and I don't always have an extra Science Vessel around...the one time I played the nuke version I did alright...I just didn't like it.
Anyway, I think that a good battle to recreate would be the one of the battles between the Protoss and UED...I'm thinking of a winter map...maybe Protoss6x...not sure...

I always destroyed teh silos aswell, but you still have the choice as to which map to play. I guess I liked the nuke one because I got completley paranoid and would freak out whenever I heard a launch.
Anywayzz... How bout recreating the final original terran mission, destroy that cannon thing.

i can do that one... so the main objective will be for the opposing force to destroy the com stations to stop the BattleCruisers sending down Tactical Nukes to their base...
and the defending force will have to protect it and have offencive ghosts targeting for the nukes...
hows that sound?

nice idea. ive been wanting to play a fps version of starcraft :) good luck!

That sounds pretty good. But its not exactley how any of the missions went.

i was also thinking of recreating the "Battle on the Amerigo" Cinematic scene in the game to...
i dont really have that many ideas,but make sure we can control a seige tank! :DYes .. by the time my team and I are done.. every unit/vehical will be playable from the Game and the books:)

How about the bonus campaign with Zeratul and Duran. Always loved that guy.

I think it might be the last zerg level in the original, or the second to last, but you need to capture the crystals so the overmind can plant itself on Aiur. If not that, then the one level after you learn about how to kill a cerebrate, and when you try you fail because you need dark templar. I just liked that one alot cause it was the first time you see reavers.
