Do you think there will be a collectors version of the game and would you buy it?

I think there will be, and I'll be buying it too.

Wow...I missed the space between "Starcraft" and "a". -_-

Nah. I don't really there will be; although I wouldn't mind a halo 3-esque giant box with a zergling bust inside. :D

TitanWing

An overpriced version of the same game that is worth lots of money the longer you own it. :P

Basically, it says "Collector's Edition" on the cover.

Which will leak to the Internet as soon as it is released :P

Still, I would buy the best package of SCII, no matter how expensive. I don't want any people bugging me with all the neet stuff they have. I waited so long for this, now i want ALL of it. ;)

*Note: No matter how expensive as in, keep it under 150 euroes kthx.

Does SC Battle Chest count as a Collector's Edition?

If it's really overpriced, like double or something I wouldn't even bother. If it's reasonable though, I probably wouldn't get it because my god forsaken country wouldn't have it or something.

Does SC Battle Chest count as a Collector's Edition?

Lets say yes just to satisfy our lusty needs, Sarge :pwn:

No. The battlechests are published much later, after the expansion to whatever game you're talking about gets released, and have a reduced package price. Collector's editions are released initially, and typically have a limited print run.

Does SC Battle Chest count as a Collector's Edition?
No...the battle chest is just the two games with strategy guides (which are 100% useless nowadays). Two games for $20 is the OPPOSITE of a Collector's Edition.
