What should the Starchitects site menu bar be like?

ZDS and I disagree on the darkness / color balance of the new banner. This is a public poll. Please vote honestly.

OPTION 1 - ZDS' original design:

I still say that the yellow bar is out of place, I don't like it. It draws your eye to it too much.

I like 2 best, and I think it should be brighter. Otherwise, my runner-up is #1.

Honestly I think 2 looks best, I don't think its that bright. I duno # 3 kinda seem murky or somehting. #1 is my 2nd choice.
