It's that time of year when everyone who is graduating from university this year is applying and interviewing for jobs...and IBM is trying really hard to recruit all those nerdy WoW-playing engineers! Just take a look at the front page of their website: it's an animation of businessmen and -women in suits morphing into what are supposedly their online WoW characters. The headline reads "Virtual Worlds, real leaders: Online games put the future of business leadership on display." Pretty interesting!

Infact, just one is I believe, but it's still interesting.

The reason they like it so much is because it is very competitive, just like the business world, where there are millions of companies, trying to make their way.

I'll have to hope this is still the trend three years from now. Pretty cool nonetheless.
