Its no question if my parents are gonna let me go because well its basically my junior class, and my parents sorta know her parents. My letting my self go is no biggie either pool xbox chearleaders the twins. But the question is what do I get her for her birthday? Please I need you suggestions.

Money isn't what you give girls. It probably is the thing that they'd like the most, but buying them a present is a chance to impress. Which I'm guessing you want to do. I'm guessing you quite fancy this girl, otherwise you wouldn't worry enough about the present to start a thread about it. Amirite? :p

So, Norah Jones CD is cool. Other things are like, bath soaps and shit. They come gift wrapped often enough, and they smell nice. Works like a charm.
You could also buy her perfume. That's really expensive though, and they mightn't like the smell of the one you got. Risky, but it can pay off.

Well, if your parents and hers are good friends, and you don't know her well enough to think of something appropriate (which is always the best solution - even if it turns out to be something she doesn't need, a gift that displays obvious care and thought is better than one which displays laziness or unfamiliarity), you can always ask your parents what *her* parents think she'd like, then temper that with your own view of what she likes.
