View Full Version : How To Kill Flying Buildings

If you have ever had the problem of destroying lifted off buildings this is for you. It is quite simple and it wont take any longer then a couple minutes.

First create a location called "kill flying buildings" and go into properties, and uncheck low ground, medium ground, and high ground leaving all air.

Now proceed to trig edit


Player:
Whatever players you need this for.

Condition:
Current player brings (at least) (1) (buildings) to (kill flying buildings)

Actions:
Remove all (buildings) at (kill flying buildings)
Preserve trigger


You might want to have another trigger for replacing the buildings when they get destroyed, so that your not stuck without critical buildings.

Now you know how to prevent flying buildings in your maps.

i see a slight problem here: if you set the location to anywhere, all buildings will be blown up whether they are lifted off or not; what you should do is put a location just above the buildings location, as when a building lifts off, it moves up a bit.

Sento, he already said that "first you must create a location". Since the "anywhere" one is present by default on every map you make, that doesn't apply to the case. *Wink, nudge*
