How do u give units to other player when person leaves?

Ok so thats what it said in the title and thats what I want to know. :D
How do you give units to other players when a person leaves?
I really have no clue how to make this spacific trigger so um gonna have
to start from scratch.

Trigger:
Players: ?
Conditions:?
Actions: ?

Plz tell me how to make trigger

ok well if you dont have starforge then youll need to get some P12 triggers, but if you do have starforge, no need for that.


The trigger: Players: whoever gets the units
Condition: Player X commands at most 0 units
Action Give all units owned by P12 to player Y

where X is the player who left, and Y is the player who gets the units.
