In-game minimap pictures

Hey, I wanted to know what the requirements are for putting in pictures for the minimap during the game (not the minimap preview). I already know how to do it so you dont need to explain that but the problem is i can only get it to work on one map (American Civil War (2.0)). If i try to do it for any other map it crashes. I have tried everything and cant figure out how to get it to work for every map.
