For the NAP's you can just take it straight as it is (a Non Agression Pact, which means you don't attack any of my provinces / land, and I don't attack any of yours), or if you want to add things to it (like certain exceptions) then just PM me if you accept it and we'll discuss the terms. (I sounded so smart there :D).

Btw, when are the orders due?

But since you can't / don't want to, all you do to write your orders is:

F / A (F is a Fleet, and A is an Army, you choose accordingly) Country / Province / Whatever (the piece of land they currently reside on) -> Country / Province / Whatever (the place you want them to go to).

Simple, no?

Orders are open to be changed, revised and even overhauled so long as these changes occur before the deadline. It is always a good idea to inform the GM of this, though, as I for one take down orders as soon as I see them and don't always catch the revised ones.

ATTENTION ALL PLAYERS:

It has come to my attention that Mattimeo is quite too busy to do the map at this time. I proposed that he send me the orders so I could do the map, however there are some major errors with the orders of a few players. Thus, I will go over the principle of builds for you all.

At the end of a fall turn, if you own more supply than units, you are entitled to build new units. To prevent the hassal of having another turn (as stipulated in the rules), we simply tack our builds on to the beginning of the Spring orders. Since builds are technically a seperate turn before the spring movement turn, you may order your newly built units in your orders for that turn.

We also need to discuss how to write your builds. When writing a build, you must specify a Home Supply Center (a supply center you started with, ex: England's home centers are London, Edinburgh, and Liverpool) and the type of unit that you wish to build. The correct way to write a build would be like this:
A London
or
F London
not
a unit in London.

Also, remember that your builds come before your orders and you can order your new units in your movement orders. That is all.

For the sake of mine and Hair's sanity, please correct your orders if you have made any of these mistakes.

The winter is actually when builds are supposed to occur. However, to save time, we usually put our builds at the beginning of spring rather than have a seperate turn.

after each build turn you should have the same number of supply centers as units. Whenever a unit is dislodged it is given the option to retreat or disband. Therefore, on a build turn, you can disband a unit and then rebuild it at a home supply center in onder to keep your units and supply centers equal. Nifty strategy.

As for Oboe's point about retreats in the not affecting this turn:

According to the rulebook, retreats occur after movment and before adjucation (builds/disbands) and are technically attached to the previous turn.

However, since we don't like so many deadlines, we just put retreats at the beginning of the next turn unless something vital (such as a change in supply ownership) will be affected by the retreat.
