hey, i played the d2 exp a while back, and now im thinking of starting up
again, but im kind of rusty, which character would be the easiest for a new
person like me? something strong yet simple to use. :D

Barbarian. Skeleton Necro is pretty easy too.

Meteorb sorc is also pretty good as an initial MFer, but a fishymancer (skelliemancer) is your safest bet. Solo hell naked, if a bit slower than other chars.
