Heh, no biggie. :)
To attach files into your posts here, you must press the "go advanced" button. In the new window that will appear, you must go below the posting text box and press the "manage attachments". From there you must upload your file onto the WB's attachment system (max' file size is 500 KB), confirm the upload and then post normally using the advanced box for it.
If the file size is bigger than that you must upload it 'elsewhere' (http://up.kupatrix.com/) and then link it here on your post. ;)

I think he meant "how do I get it into a file that I'm allowed to upload". Looking at the list of file extensions allowed, you won't be able to upload an audio file directly as it is made by Audacity. But you can put it into a .ZIP for .RAR ile and upload that.
You can create a ZIP easily on Windows.
Right-click on your audio file
Choose: Send To -> Compressed (Zipped) folder
That should create a zip file with the same name as your audio file that you can upload.
I took "form" as the procedure to submit the file attached into his posts. Now I realize that it also could be interpreted the other way (but initially though it wouldn't because, around here, we usually call'em file types more than anything else :P).
