hey does any1 no a program or where i can find a good sig maker/editor?
yeah i have 1 site but it's free and... well it's quality is shitty :D

It takes a bit to learn, but it isn't to difficult, and it is pretty powerful. It actually does a lot of the things that Photoshop does, but its smaller in size, and best of all, truly free.

Try the Gimp. Once you learn how to use it, it's awesome. ;-)

the gimp has a rather large learning curve to it, I still think paint.net is a better alternative.

The only real trouble I have is going back and forth between Paint.NET, GIMP and PS and remembering what each one calls their respective tools and shortcuts. >.<
