ok since I got my last computer virused, and no one wants to re format it, my uncle gave me his computer, and It only has 2 usbs that works, and theres 4 in the back and 2 in the front, the ones in the back used to work but now 2 dont work, and when I plug something in the working ones, it says "highspeed usb connected to non hi-speed usb port" or something, when i click on it, it showed me a list of usb ports, and the other four...so yeah, whats up?

Either something is broken, or this computer only has USB 1.1 type plugs. Most devices use USB 2.0, which is much faster, so if you plug them into a USB 1.1 slot it will complain (but usually still work fine).
As for the four that don't work...take the computer to a repair shop?

ok, ill try the repair shop thing, or ill ask my uncle when he gets back
you should check the Device Manager and see if there are any errors indicated.

you should check the Device Manager and see if there are any errors indicated.
And then try to fix the errors shown (read, fix button or at worst scenario possible even installing drivers) if any popped up.

Wheres the device manager, in the control panel?
If you go through there head onto the "system" part and in the properties window that will appear get to the "hardware" tab and you find it right up.
