Hello, I am writing this topic because I am having a large problem trying to connect to Battle.net. I can do it on my other computer, but not on my laptop. I am sure I can run starcraft and I have downloaded the latest patch (at least I believe so).
I am running on a wireless internet connection (but it does the same with an ethernet cable) connected to a Linksys router.
Also, if you tell me how to connect, it would also be nice if you told me how to configure my firewall settings so that it is possible to host games through a router; I know there's a way.
If you'd like to help me test my internet connection online or just want to play, I'm usually PillsC2W@USWest or PillsC2E@USEast. I may be in channel "helpme".
EDIT: Additional info on the problem I should've given before:
Here is what the message is in starcraft when I try to join Battle.net:
Querying gateway...
Connecting to fastest server...
Unable to connect to Battle.net. You may be trying to connect to an invalid Battle.net server. If using a modem, you may need to manually connect to the internet before connecting to Battle.net. For more information go to: www.battle.net/support/errormessages/
As a sidenote, the link given didn't help at all, and that's why I'm asking here.
