It's about this XDCC-Fetch application. I got the Ruby Quick installer (or whats its called), installed it, restarted my computer so all extensions are properly associated. But whenever i double click the main .rwb file as mentioned in the instructions I get a cursor loading in background for a sec and then nothing. I think it cant find something to kick its UI..
This is a screenshot of a file from XDCC-Fetch\src\GUI folder: http://up.kupatrix.com/f/2/Pictures/Screens/thumbs/wontrun.jpg (http://up.kupatrix.com/f/view/2/Pictures/Screens/wontrun.jpg)
I suppose the problem is too specific but lets not underestimate WB members :P

The error says that it can't find "Empty_Text_Field_Handler", which is in the same directory as "Dialog_Box". It looks almost like it isn't installed properly.
XDCC-Fetch appears to use the FOX graphics toolkit. Since I can't find an itemized list of what the one-click installer provides, I don't know if you have that installed or not.
I'm trying to install XDCC-Fetch myself, but I installed Ruby through a different method, so my results might not be as applicable to your situation.
UPDATE: I got it to run, but I had to use the command line and type "ruby XDCC-Fetch.rwb" to get it to load the window. (Apparently FOX came with Ruby?) Open a command prompt, cd to the folder you have the program, and try running that command. Then let me know what happens.
(I'm also getting a ton of warnings when a graphical app starts up. Not sure why that's happening.)
Also, XDCC-Fetch is using an outdated library for their graphics (1.2 series and current is 1.6). Is there another product that has similar capabilities? This is being trouble for me to set up, and I've got some experience wrangling with these sorts of thigns.

Honestly I lost you at "cd to the folder you have the program" but "using an outdated library for their graphics" gave me a hint, I got this in v1.2, it didn't want to work then but I unistalled, looked up the year when Fetch was made and dl-ed the one click installer from the same period. It's stone age but it worked! Thanks.
Too bad the bots I wanted to dl from don't announce shit, making the program useless.
