Well, I finally have all of Tal Rasha's stuff, and the ladder is going to reset in 4 days.
Figures.
Willing to join me in creating new characters?
I'm looking for a couple others, wondering if anyone wants to start playing again.

I'll level with anybody that wants my energetic company on West.
The problem is that i don't know what class my new character is going to be. I'm going to have to restart on my characters and remake my favorite builds of a Conc Barb, Ice Sorc, and Trapsin.
Hmm, i should mule everything onto one character, then clear out the other four characters to make room for the new ladder season. That will leave me with my old MF sorc and a mule for non-ladder playing. Either that, or start the new ladder season on my Warboards clan account.
I'll level with anybody that wants my energetic company on West.
Ill be up for that :), not sure what im going though.
I wonder if there will be a sneak patch anytime soon ;)

If you can stand the lag on Europe, I've got two IRL friends (at least one) possibly lined up for the reset on Monday. I just found out they played it. :P
mmm, i prefer east though (sorry) since west always ends up with the hacks first, and europe tends to lag me a bit.

Genocide is probably going to play a Fire Druid, because it's fun.
Besides, sorcs seem a little...campy.

Fire Sorc all the way. Only problem is I have to play on Europe because lag prevents me from aiming spells properly. :(
If I had the party I would go completely Skellimancer, since it would help everyone out more so, since even though some characters will end up better, a Skellimancer provides all the tanks you'd ever need. However he drops of being effective around nightmare act4ish because of the IM and Act5 will rape the actual necro so I dunno.
I would just build a Sorceress, which I might just do, since I know how to build them so well anyways.

i play on east.. are all gateways going to reset? I just made a ladder char a few days ago.
I guess ill have to start over or just go on without ladder :)
-I tried a fire sorc once. Nice damage, but to many fire immunes. Became near unplayable on hell. (lvl 69 - i dropped the char then)

I was building a Fire Sorc, I named her MsLohan. :P
Fire Sorc's are really nice, especially during the first two difficulties. Fire Sorc's can easily carry their team due to high damage/low mana spells. But when it comes to Hell difficulty, oof. Never thought I would have to run away from a Fallen.
Maybe my new ladder character would be another Fire Sorc, or an Enchantess. I don't plan on making a Orber though, their builds are annoying for me.
Or I could try a Whirlwind Barb, but I might just stick to an IK Conc barb instead.

I'm gonna start out an Auradin, although he might become a merge of an Auradin and FOHadin by the time I finish (it depends if I spend more time playing by myself or other people)

Scratch the fire druid. Wow his spells are bad. Maybe they do a lot of damage, but they sure as hell are crap for aim and AoE. Probably just going to make another cold sorc, since my bud is going lit.

Well the ladder officially reseted at 2:20 here on the west coast. Now time to wait for 4 hours till the servers up again.

Im a lvl 15 fire sorc, i would have kept on playing but my D2 crashed :shiftyr:
Its a bit of a scramble with the lowest on the ladder being a mere 22.

Yeah, it's midnight and the highest level so far (for Sorcs) is a level 73. And it's the same person that i saw earlier in first place at the level of 23. I think he or she is in the FOH clan or something. The lowest level is a 42.
As for me, level 19 Fire Sorc. I'm remaking MsLohan but its such a pain since I have no higher level characters/mules to get gear and money on her. And it's been so long since I actually walked an act to finish it.
Ugh, no new patch either. In my opinion, the whole ladder reset was for nothing really.
I feel kind of sorry for all those online companies that sell D2 items because now all their merchandise is for NL and they have to start over for Ladder characters.
So what server are everyone playing on now...?

Main spells: Fire Blast, Shock Web, Charged Bolt Sentry, Cloak of Shadows, Burst of Speed.
I can't believe I didn't try one earlier, this char is so fun.
I'll start working on an East char now, maybe a frost-druid, I don't think I ever seen one.
because like inferno, the druids frosty spell thing is also bugged.

Making a amazon that only uses axes?
It's original but might prove not to be succesful.
Hmm, the entire Passive and Magic skills tree could be useful for any weapon, but the real question is whether Impale and Fend work with axes... anyone got a zon that can check it out?
pretty sure they don't
I know some crazy peeps have tried making like a zon that uses a giant 2hander axe or sword while maxing all the dodging skills/other passives and going like all vitality so they end up being a huge tank, lol.

Well, on the meanwhile, Mintie has just murdered Diablo, later on Shenk, just a few hours ago.

She has some cute little (well no, not little, big) 2h axe that she can deal 40-160~ damage with, but as she's a trapper she lacks the ability to properly use it. Than again, it gives 6 mana after each kill, so I'm keeping it -.-
to bad "to mana after each kill" doesn't work with traps, which pisses me off.

It took me a while to figure that I'm not getting mana from my total of +22 mana after each kill (don't even ask how I got it). Kinda sucked. I guess I'll just get +res items now.
Also, Baal is dead. boo-yah. Helping out Akara again like a good kid now :)

None of the items I wear now are the same as those in preview pics here, except for the body-armor. But you wouldn't guess that would you?
That will only kick in if you actually physically melee something (or kill it with that blade skill or whatever)
It is really annoying, since Traps use up quite a bit of mana :/

Mana problems my ass. I've been finding mana potions faster than I've been using them. I didn't even have bone spear until the claw-viper temple. If that's called mana problems, other characters have it worst.
Oh, yeah... I can't resist skull-helmets :3
skull helmets are required for necros. anything is blasphemous.
