I was "trashing" throught some old magazines about games and I saw a article that sais this:Fox entertainment will release a Halo Movie at the summer of 2007.I think that the scripter was the one that wrote the sc of 28 days latter.
Realy can't wait to see it!

I think Peter Jackson is looking for a new distributor/publisher because the old one didn't want the director that Peter Jackson wanted, and Jackson says he'll only work with this one specific director (can't remember his name :/ ) for the Halo movie...or something like that.

They're starting to make movies of a bunch of games,
the Half-Life movie is still being scripted. The Halo movie
IS coming out in 2008-09, that's what I heard on
Coming Soon.net anyways. They made the Doom
movie which sucked balls. They're going to make
the Starcraft movie (TBA). What more?

There's also a live action trailer in IGN. The last shot had the marine standing there unaware of plasma being shot at him :concern:. The factory in the background was not something I expected.

Its called fuke nukem forever cuz it takes them forever to make it,in 2002 they said that it will be DNF,I have a trailer of it but its too big (23 mb's) and I have a 58 bts conection.

You know, I think that I read somewhere that it was canceled due to financle issues. They expect it to be resumed after Halo3 comes out becuase of the hype. Also, the HalfLife movie looks frikking amazing.

Ironic how Duke Nukem 3D is one of the greatest fps... and 3d Realms isn't gonna make a sequel :/

I really don't give a dam about a Halo movie. Three things I want right now are for Halo 3 to be a great game (Halo 2 was a huge slump from Halo 1), that Duke Nukem Forever comes out (I have heard in '08 or '09), and that the Half-Life movie comes out. If those ambiguous things come, I'm set xD.

halo 2 campiang was bad, the multi player was good. So no, it was not a huge slump form the orginal. I mean people logged in 98 billion hours of multiplayer in the first couple of months or something.

Ok seige. In terms of campaign, Halo 2 was a huge slump. I thought "The Library" was the lamest, gayest level in any game. Then we get "The Sacred Icon," "Quarantine Zone," and "High Charity," if not one or two others.... and I freaked out and how much they sucked. The multiplayer, well obviously it's good, and obviously Halo 1 isn't XBL compatible. However, I had good times playing 4 player multiplayer or system link.
