Downpatching?

Well I want to use MemGraft to add buttons and stuff, but my Starcraft patch is at 1.15, and I have absolutely no idea how to downpatch it to 1.13e so I can get MemGraft to work. I searched around here and Google, and I have yet to find anything that actually works. Can anyone help me out here?

On the page with all the patches, the 1.13e patches have broken links. Thnaks for that method tho, I'll try looking for the patch elsewhere.

You should use 1.12b patch, couz it is the most "modderfriendly" patch.
