Space Terrain

I'm trying to make a space themed map. But i can't figure out how to get solid black terrain. Can anyone help?

hmm... i suppose you could either use the abyss tile from outland
or you could just extract the image file of a tile from the game, change it to all black in color, and then re-import it (overwriting the original one by changing its path in the import manager)

The tiles are unchangeable because they are part of the .mpq i would have to mod it to change the tile... (I'm pretty sure) As for the abyss tile, i'll check that out!

----- Its even more perfect then i thought. I figured that my terrain would look wierd with the cliffs then i found i dont need cliffs abyss terrain is untraversable!!!

well, as for the modding of the tiles... all i meant was to override the original tile by importing the edited image into your map and then changing its path so that it would be used instead of the original 8)

still, that doesn't matter now, cuz you've solved the problem :)
