Which (if any) of these fancy map editors can I use to place Badlands structure on a jungle terrain map?

none, as far as I know. You can cut and copy-past, but its translated.

Doesn't TileEdit cut it? I was in mind that it could (if the advanced ones couldn't with copy paste)... :confused:
