FOHdin

Ok I've restarted after finding out how incredibly boring a Summonecro is, especially in Hell, when it takes ages for your minions to kill things, so I decided to go with a different approach and choose Paladin as my character

As you may have guessed from the title, I'm going for a FOHdin, maxing out Holy Shock, Convinction and, of course, Fist of the Heavens

A couple of questions though

1) Is it worth maxing out Holy Bolt for extra damage from the FOH

2) What stat allocations should a FOHadin have, at the moment I have been keeping Dexterity and Energy at base, and leveling Strength and Vitality equally

3) Does equipment with +Lightning Damage effect the lightning damage caused by Fist of the Heavens

Any help would be appriciated.

1) Not sure, the point is to increase the initial lightning damage, rather then the 'undead only' damage.

2) STR for equip, after str bonuses from equip, enough dex to keep a75% blocking rate after holy shield, rest into Vitality, use charms and such to increase mana.

3) No, FoH is a spell.
