what programs you have that i can change some voices that might make it sound like a protoss?

Well I'm not sure of any the can do that in on step, but you can use Audacity and Wavepad. You could probably get it pretty close.

Audacity seems really good for protoss. You can make the echoes and depth perfectly for protoss. I used the same tool for cerebrates + breaks and some other settings i fiddled with.

I like using Sound Forge and ACID (http://www.sonycreativesoftware.com/download/step1.asp?catid=1) to do custom sounds. Combined, they make a good Protoss voice, almost as good as Blizzard's.
