Wtf?!!!

my computer cannot initilize Direct 3D but i have a geforce 2(no laughs, i know full well how pathetic this is) which is a 3d card is it not...i have the drivers from nividia but the display just resets resoltion(you can hear the CRT click)three times and then returns the error message.

what the fuck is going on and how do i fix it?:mad:

Most likely the graphic card or some of it's related components have fried, thus the result you speak off.

Similar happened to me once with my old home PC but it still in the warranty (even if for only a week more). :)

Something similar happened to me once -- it turned out to be some driver problem -- I solved it by un-installing and re-installing the drivers 10 times. hehe, good luck with that =P

another question...i cannot play RA(error-cannont allocate primaaryy video buffer.)MechWarrior2 demo( cannot find ffffff) or Doom 95 demo(similar error) is this jut cause i have a 98 and not 95...or something else?

i noticed my computer freezes unless i leave it playing SC or another game...wtf?:o

I doubt his computer, running 98, could handle Vista at all.
