The Maplantis site has been down for the past week or so at least...is it ever coming back?

Is SEN = StarEdit.net? Because I just sat down and decided to make another map, and tried to find it, but couldn't...

Yes it is...their both down, SEN is permanent.

which rather sucks considering i lost my 5 maps there...I was havin HD issues at just bout the same time SEN went down & lost quite a few files, my SC directory among em, though I reinstalled & was hopin it was just a temp shutdown
