This is somewhat old though, I think? I remember reading something about this awhile back.

edit: 2-5cm shorter though? I'm confused, how can a condom "fall off" or "tear" sounds more like the condom manufacturer is the one that's dropped the ball.

I don't see why a condom shouldn't fall off a penis smaller than the one it's designed to cover. It's like putting on a loose pair of pants.

As to condoms tearing, I don't think that happens cos they're don't fit. I'm guessing they mentioned that part to cover the full range of reasons why condoms fail,

Yay, they sampled 1,000 men for a population of over 500,000,000. I don't like that since India's a giant melting pot, and we have all sorts of crazy genes. We were conquered by a dozen different empires (the small dicks was probably something that the British empire left behind).

But yeah, whatever. I'm happy with my size.

Studies show that Indian men, on average, have the smallest penises. There's a ton of evidence to show Indians = WHERE THE FUCK IS IT. Plus, the British have bigger wangs.
