Haha, I guess I'll be moving here :p
Hi all! AJ, Edgewize, DC, BST, and all ORG staff!

Greeting, Salutations, and a very good morning to you, UDB. Seems that you have found out that all of the cool people from the other place are here. :D

And nobody told me about this earlier :(
But hey, lets make this BF enemy #1 :p
Demon_Child

We plan too blow BF completely off the internet. Edgewize, AJ, Myst and many others including myself would not settle for anything less. :)
I'll fill you in on our side of last night's events when we have enough members.

Oh yeah, haha lemme try recruiting!
I've always been speculating about those LHQ guys, tyrants and stuff.

That quote looks vaguely similar to one I made at Digital Hangout... In fact, greetings and salutations was the title! *Mumbles* Idea taker...

I think it'll be hard to move the bulk of Blizzforums posters to warboard.org because well people are lazy.

Maybe some sort of torture can be employed. We need an insider in the staff of BF to really screw things up over there for us. :D
Demon_Child

We don't need an insider to screwthings up any more things for BF, they will screw things up on their own. ;)
And Geno, I took the "Greetings and Salutations" from the movie, "Demolition Man." :)

As disgruntled as I grew with BlizzForums over the last few months, I'm not really sure I want to stoop as low as trying to fuel an unneccessary rivalry. Sure, I'd love for all their members to frequent our forums as well, but I am so sick of petty forum politics.

Damn straight.
I haven't ever seen the movie. My bad. I thought I came up with it... :( I feel so deprived of ideas now... x.x

*Goes to advertise WarBoard.org in his sig at BF*
I've never seen that movie either.
You can't advertise it. It's been phrasebanned.

heh At least this time I can finally be known as the Forum Fogey since I am probably the oldest member here, thus far. :)
You first were forum whore, now forum fogey... What am I? Forum fuck off? Oh shit... x.x
~Larry "Geno" Meyers
P.S. I can actually advertise this site at BF, but if they find the advertisement, I'm fucked... x.x

woot, silly jokage emails...
Four friends reunited at a party after 30 years. After a few laughs
and drinks, one of them had to go to the
rest room. The ones who stayed behind began to talk about their kids
and their successes. The first guy says: I am very proud of my son, he
is my pride and joy.
He started working at a very successful company
at the bottom of the barrel. He studied Economics and Business
Administration soon he was promoted and began to climb the corporate
ladder becoming the General Manager and now he is the president of
the company. He became so rich that he gave his best friend a top of
the line Mercedes Benz for his birthday.
The second guy says: Damn, that's terrific!! My son is also my
pride and joy, I am very proud of him.
He started working at a traveling agency for a very big airline. He
went to flight school to become a pilot and also manage to
become a partner in the company where he now owns
the majority of the assets.
He became so rich that he gave his best friend a brand new jet for
his birthday.
The third guy says: Well, well, well congratulations!! My son is also
my pride and joy and he is also
very rich. He studied in the best universities and became an
Engineer. He started his own construction
company and became very successful and a multimillionaire.
He also gave away some thing very nice and expensive
to his best friend for his birthday. He built a 30,000 sq ft mansion
specially for his friend.
The three friends congratulated each other mutually for the successes
of theirs sons.
The forth friend who earlier had gone to restroom returned and asked:
What's going on, what are all the congratulations for?
One of the three said: We were talking about the pride we feel for
the successes of our sons.
And then he asked, What about your son?
The forth man replied: My son is Gay and he makes a living
dancing as a stripper at a nightclub.
The three friends said: What a shame that must be, that is
horrible, what a disappointment you must feel.
The forth man replied: No, I am not ashamed. Not at all.
He is my son and I love him just as well, he is
my pride and joy.
And he is very lucky too. Did you know that his birthday
just passed and the other day he received a
beautiful 30,000 sq ft mansion, a brand new
jet and a top of the line Mercedes Benz from his three boyfriends.

That just goes to show you that the Legacy people at BF are afraid of the rise of the newly created Org empire.

Make it a link...I put "Reborn" on mine and it links here! If they find out, I'm skinned.

Hi. We need avatars and signatures!

They will add sigs and avatars here, shortly. :)

Is the signature code not in place as of now, or does AJ just want to keep the board clean for the first couple of days?
OboeGuru
02-08-2004, 10:39 AM
Clean for the first few days. It's just disabled, as it says in the error dialog when you try to set a sig. That's probably the case with avys too, though you don't get a pretty little error dialog...

Can someone make a WarBoards.Org signature image? Possibly something subliminal...
Demon_Child

Someone can make the image, but won't be able to posted/uploaded on the forums yet.

I might make something, and I'll just host it off my server or something. Anyone who likes it could just hotlink it, it's not like I'm really using much of my monthly bandwidth.

Hi all! AJ, Edgewize, DC, BST, and all ORG staff!
Oh, hey! UndeadBastard said "hi" to me! OMDC! Cool!
But you forgot Gibb, Mystikal and dunchy!
I have tried making a WarBoards.org image, I tried to make one for the StarCraft.org front page since SCL has a BF one. Then I realised I wanted to make a good website and thought about making a StarCraft: Ghost image. If only I had more time...

It's the first time that someone I don't know has ever recognised that I'm doing stuff at StarCraft.org! This is what I'm doing it for. Maybe it's getting to my head, but at least it motivates me to do work on the website.

Oh, I should probably make this public so no one gets delusional and becomes extra nice to me because of my position. I promised AJ I would never ever become an administrator here at WarBoards.org. That's so that the guys at the top won't have to worry about any hacking.
arg, could we just forget that and talk about something nicer... I don't want to start avoiding the computer again because of overwhelming questions.

Okey dokey then. There is nothing better at 5:00 AM than a nice tall glass of "Stake and Shake's: Double Chocolate Chip" shake. Especially when you get off of an 11 hour work shift. :D
BSTRhino
02-11-2004, 6:22 AM
Gosh... Demon Child, you have an 11 hour work shift and get off at 5 AM? You must be tired. At least you have us to relax with.
It makes me think, I should really live my 16-year-old years to the fullest, shouldn't I?
Demon_Child

My job can get tiring at times, but the pay is certainly worth it. Sure, I may have close to 70 hours one week, and then a 44 hour week the next. It is of the advantages in working at a large manufacturing plant. ;)
