It doesn't really hurt at all when they do it, it's the week after that it hurts because of all the swelling. Also, it didn't help that the day I got it, and forgot I had it and took a bite of a chicken sandwhich and it hurt like HELL! haha. But it doesn't really matter when to get yours I guess. I got mine in April so I haven't had it over the winter yet. Also, it cost me $40 where I live.

Hahaha, that'd be nice. But no, my lips are naturally that color. <3 for good genes.

Either way, this is another one that my girlfriend took... But this time I edited the photo in photoshop and gimp. It was kind of flushed out, so I made the colors more natural and then added my own flair. ^_^

The trick is not to think about it. The guy just said 'Three, two, one, let go.' And it's just automatic. You're falling before you even realise what you've done. And dropping into that enormous empty space is an incredible experience.

I am fairly confident I would puke on the way down and then fly through it moments later.

Haha, actually I've been skydiving before and you don't really get sick just freefalling. It's a totally different feeling than for example being on a rollercoaster or something. I did get a little sick on the plane ride up though. Fifteen minutes of nonstop climbing and I'm thinking, we're still not there yet?

I don't know how down I am with the bungee jumping. You know, free falling sets off all kinds of alarm buzzers, and I think I like it that way. Something to make sure that my body knows "Hey, asshole, you're accelerating downward at a rate of 9.8m/s^2, you might want to do something." But I guess free falling a few times so that you can keep presence of mind while you're falling would be useful. At least then you can get rid of most of the initial panic symptoms and try to get something constructive done.

It'd still be pretty embarassing to have shit myself when they reel me back up. I'd be like, "it's OK, just drop me in the water!"

You just have to trust that the guy telling you what to do knows what's going to happen to you - and it wasn't above water, that wouldn't have been half as terrifying. (Though still fairly fatal from 200 feet, I imagine... :D ) No, it was above this big grill thing, so if I'd fallen there probably would have been mainly diced human cubes left over, if you know what I mean. Easier to clean up, or something. lolz.

Oh, I just remembered how I did it - for a second you have to suspend your instinct for self-preservation. By the time you've recovered it, it's too late... :P

Hahaha GA, yeah I'm ultra pale but thats just me. I can't tan or anything like that. As for the labs, I have less now that I'm in my second year. I don't have a lot of labs this year, only 2 this semester both chem labs and in the spring semester I have 2 chem labs and a bio lab. Things are going well though and I love what I'm doing. It's damn hard though.

Just the thought of TinyDancer's hands squeezing that thick, sludgy dough through her hands was almost too much for me. ;)

You look fine without makeup, you've got a good complexion.

Edit: By the way, if you look closely at my avatar you can see my whiskers.

Both pictures I've seen you in without makeup you look fine. However, there is something about the cookie dough and housewife look that I found somewhat freaky. Of course, maybe I'm just bitter because that's your new MySpace picture and I liked the old one.

I'm going to have to agree with Ktan. There is something about that picture that struck me as utter housewife / motherish looking. It's kind of weird. :)

I'm into both about equally, Ktan. Also, I prefer the other picture as well, I just wanted to be a whore and make sure everyone saw the new one. ;) I'll put the good one back in a couple of days.

The picture was taken by a mother, in dim lighting...I don't know. It seems different to me as well. I'm smiling with my mouth closed, but I do that in a few other pictures. It could be the cookie dough, who knows? I actually do a fair amount of baking, I just don't usually take pictures, and no one bothers taking them. I like this one though.

As for having a good complexion, I was actually really broken out when that picture was taken, but the lighting is just so, and the picture is small, so you can't tell. Thanks though. :) I usually get 1 or 2 good pictures, out of 20 or more that turn out awful. It's nice when they turn out right the first time.
