Just to get a feel for what kind of music people listen to on this board without trudging through 'what youve been listening to's' 100000 pages, just set your music player to RANDOM, and type the first 5 songs. (no cheating)

yeah a lot of metal heads here. and that "new rock" stuff . i'm not sure what people today call metal, when i think of metal i think of the stuff from the 70's.
