since I can't play online, and the insane comp is about as challenging as pushing the I win button. I was wondering if I could download a computer bot from a seperate computer, then use it to practice. I would desire the bot to employ cookie cutters as well as other well known strats. In addition, I would also like said bot to be able to think on its feet, but I'd be fine with just cookie cutters. Anyone know if such a thing exists?

You could probably create a scenario on a map that employs the cookie-cutters using the map editor, but I wouldn't know how to do it. It's in the AI scripts, so you might have better luck asking folks in the map forge.
You could also do 5v1 or something, which the Starcraft fans appear to do quite often in SC.

Naw, out microing them is impossible. I would need to set it on a 2v1 where they were both normal comps then build my way up from there(insane makes too many units and has no limit to thier recources). It's good for practicing micro, but I want more of an experience on being able to handel the cookie cutters. That way, when I get back on b.net I don't start getting suprised by non-retarded people. I'll nuke thier hero down to red and *gasp* he will make his hero run instead of letting it die to 1 footie! that thur be skill
U can dl melee comp AI's, they used to be at wc3sear.ch now thats dead you will have to try the hive.
