So I have a level 29 Blood Elf warlock and I want to turn him into a twink. What I need from all of you is this: what spec do you recommend, and what gear do you recommend?

Twink warlocks could go a few different ways.
Affliction:

Drain tank your opponents to death with a few DoTs and burst Nightfalls.
Destro:

Have your Imp out for lots of life, then beat the hell out of them with Shadow Bolt and Curse of Agony. Improved Firebolt for what I like to call a "Chain Gun" Imp. Their mana regen is fucking ridiculous.
Demonology at 29 isn't even worth it. Youl could mix it up like this though:

Not a big fan of that one, though.
I say go Destro- burst damage owns PvP; less chance of that kat coming over and owning your face while you're still fighting.

Now what about gear? Any specific type I should look for? Any special stats I should look for? So far, I've been selecting my gear by how much intelligence and stamina they give. If it doesn't give both, I don't use it. I haven't changed my weapons (a dagger and a staff) since level 20, would it be a good idea to change these?
Sorry, this is the first warlock I've played past level 5 <_<

And make sure you get the Wand from BFD.

Figures...
Then again, I'll assume you're playing Horde and if so, it's no wonder. Until you hit 51 the BG's are going to be smooth sailing for 90% of the time. I know this from experiencing BG life on the other side of the fence. <_<

You probably won't be too happy deciding now to be a twink. Are you keeping him in the 21-29 bracket? If so, you're going to miss several BoP's from instances without it being a huge pain in the ass. Since you don't want any XP, you're going to have to stay out of XP range while the rest of your group plows through the mobs. If you have an alt on a different account, or a friend or two with higher-level characters who are willing to do this for you, then it won't be that big of a deal. Of course, starting these instances around 25 or so would be ideal, since you can also level while farming your BoPs, not being worried about too much XP and leveling out of your desired bracket.
Depending on your Battle Group's bracket-population, you may want to consider the 31-39 bracket, for the reasons I stated above. Find out which instances you need to farm for your twink gear, and start early so you don't have to watch your XP bar so much. Of course, if there's only a handfull of players in that bracket for your Battle Group, you may not want to. It takes a little research ^^

In addition, most enchants are now for 35+ level items.

And it's about damn time, too. Twinks are so cheap, they made BGs intolerable for those who just want to pimp some hoes and get bling for it.

Why BG at that level if you've played the game before. Only nubs who don't really know what to expect pop into any BG before 30, preferably 40.
And then the twinks of the world descend upon their nub asses, as they giggle watching them turn around with WASD keys =P
I've never had a twink. But I've always respected the feeling of superiority =P

What's wrong with the WADS keys may I ask? =P
I tried making a "twink" while my main was 37 at the time with 24g... yeah that worked out REAL well. I spent half of my gold on armor that I used for all of 5 days before quests gave me more dependable gear and I could have afforded it on my alt anyways.
hah ._.

I love watching people turn with WASD =P It's so slow- it's so much easier to just press both buttons on the mouse and swing that shit around <3

Not even! I just hold down the right mouse button to face wherever I want and use QWE to move. Never move backwards. Strafing, as long as they're between 9 and 3 o'clock, you are considered facing them.
I love owning key-turners from behind, especially warriors and mages/warlocks who are trying to figure out whytf they can't cast ^^ right mouse button is easy mode. I just wish I had the opportunity to use the numpad for actions instead of only being able to reach `-4 above QWE.
yea, I put 'Action button 12' keybound to ` next to the 1. makes auto-attack HELLA easy while still being able to take advantage of 1-4.

Why BG at that level if you've played the game before
Because playing the same old world content over and over for multiple alts drives me insane. There are only so many times I can stand killing Gnolls in Redridge.
