Now maker, I'd like to see specifics on what you did here, cos it looks a bit like a screenie. Was it 3D modeling of some parts? Did you render the characters? It's looking good, I'll admit... but if only counts if its your work.

So far, the only thing that jumps to my eye is the duplicate layer > gaussian blur > lighten effect. I can tell you also made the signs. And you also brushed the glare behind that spectacled bloke...
Speaking of which, the characters' illumination is faulty. He needs a glow inside his perimeter, while the front of him should be shadowed, remember, the light's coming from behind him.

And you might want to spiff it up with a frame. Since it's post and show work, it gives it more appeal.

So... I'm waiting for those specs. I want to see what took you 6 hours :)

*Revival of semi dead thread*

Ok,
Why wouldn't it be my work? O_o
I did not make the signs in Photoshop.
The internal glow is intentional.
The light is coming from above him, the lamp just isn't visible.
Damn you and your frame ho'ing. :(

Okay, posing in Gmod (really effing hard to make two ragdolls do that)
6 to 8 large pictures of each individual set of limbs, then 6 to 8 large pictures of the background. The two were stitched together (which is also really effing hard because the camera's perception changes everytime you rotate it), lighting, scaling, positioning, re-taking of the background pictures because the first set was horrid, and shadows.

There you have it.

Woops, sorry for not seeing this earlier Maker. My dead modem killed my internet activity. >_<

This is pretty nice, can't deny it, but there are still some flaws and, well, suggestions. First of all, Gordon's legs. They're... Awkward. His feet should be pointing straight(Well, this is aimed at the left foot), not like a catwalk model's, unless, of course, he IS struggling with Alyx(Haha).

It also looks as if he is just standing there, instead of walking. Which means, his legs are pretty stiff. Try making the right leg look more towards the back. More shadowing smartly can do just that. His feet should also be more apart.

The premise, well, to be honest, kills the mood. TBH, I think the (Subway?) is a bad choice. A ruined building's corridor with the roof eaten away(Something similar to the EP2 trailer where the vortigaunt carries Alyx.) or between some buildings.

The unnecassary space that forms the panorama is also another mood killer. Panoramas are normally meant for outdoor sceneries, and this is no exception. I find the extras really ugly and distracting, especially the thick bloom on the left. Since this is indoors too, it would help if it was darken at the edges for a more dramatic feel.

More depth of field! This would make the picture centre on the two better!

Bleh at SHEF! Haha, well, just kidding, the SHEF here is alright. :P

The textures are clear and good, though I still think it is like a paste-on. If you don't get me... Hm... The wall on the right. Cement normally is not even with the bricks, causing some gaps(Did I explain that right?). And from that wall too, I can see that those bricks are really thin. Same goes for the opposite wall. 0_0

Like Zelt said, glows on the sides!

Oh, and before I forget, the door on the right is too small. Gordon would have to really bend down if he was to go through it. :D

Overall, like I've said, it's a nice pose, though pretty forgettable(Sorry, just being honest!). Pretty typical, and lacks originality.

And for those not knowing what Gmod, or Garry's Mod is, it is a Source(THe engine Half Life2 and CS: S runs on) mod. The most popular use of Gmod is to build contraptions and pose ragdolls, as shown here to make comics and pictures.

BTW, I hate Kathar for releasing that Gordon model after I deleted my Gmod. :/
