Does anyone know a way to uncorrupt a replay so that it's watchable again? Some punk used a hack and it won't open. The error message it gives me is "This scenario is intended for use with a starcraft expansion pack". Any help would be great : D

I don't think you can, I think you may be out of luck.

DeadFast, tiny question... do you have the BroodWar (aka BW) expansion? If not, that's the issue right there. ;)

heh, heh-of course am using Broodwar. I was hoping there was some program or something you could use to fix it.

Two words: Penguin Plug

Some starcraft users recommended this program for me to use. It helps keep your .rep files uncorrupted and viewable.

I don't have a download link, nor do i use Starcraft anymore. So i'm not sure where you can get it, but your bound to get a result if you try google.

I went by the web site but the links don't work anymore. Also, it doesn't say anything about repairing a replay that was already corrupted before downloading the program : (

Maybe that *.rep file was made before the latest SC-BW version and therefore it doesn't work with the latest game patch.

A good point, but I tried to play it immediately after I saved it, and it didn't work then. Something I forgot to mention: Broodwar crashed after I saved the replay.

It may have corrupted the replay file then... not much we can work upon that to 'fix' it (if it were even possible). :(
