Well the Faith-Based Guided Arrow zon is always a good route to take.

But I don't do much PVPing so I can't really help you with it, just that you will need some seriously heavy equipment to pull her off.

"ubergodly" bowzons are hard to make as their gear can be pretty spendy. You can make a cheap one that will do okay dmg though. I used this build for mine

1 into jab
20 into guided arrow
10 into multi-shot
20 into crit strike
1 into pierce
1 into penetrate
1 into slow missiles
Spread the rest into your dodge skills (dode evade and avoid)

"relatively" cheap gear-
Weapon1:Windforce gothic bow- preferable 1.08 version. w/shael or 15 ias/40% ed jewel
Weapon2: Titan's Revenge w/ whitstans shield

Helm:Giantskull with 2 2 15/40s or just plain 15 ias jewels.

Body armor: I switch between Smoke mageplate, Lion Heart wyrmhide and Shaftstop.

Rings: Ravenfrosts

Amulet: Highlords Wrath or The Cat's Eye

Belt: Nosferatu's coil(Siggard's stealth), or Thundergod's Vigor, or Razortail.

Gloves: +2 to bow skills 20% ias gloves (dexterity mod preferred)

Boots: I'm not really sure. I'd go with something that gives high faster r/w like IK, Aldurs boots, sander's boots, nats boots. You can also go with Goreriders, which would probably be better.

Fill your inventory with life charms and charms that give min, max, and poisen dmg (don't forget that dexterity adds to your bow damage, so dex charms will be useful to have as well)

I can kill most hammerdins with this character while she is considerably cheaper to make.
