Hero Level can be changed with ease.
Just open the menu folder In WE named <Advanced
And then you chose <Gameplay Constants
Once In there.
Check the option saying "Use Custom Gameplay Constants".
Then just look for the function <Maximum Hero Level
,then double-click on It and change to your wanted number.
As for the abilities, 5 hero abilities Is maximum.
So you canīt have 7.
Extra Notice, this only works In the "Frozen Throne".
If you have ROC.
Then this Is Impossible.

I'm going to assume that you're using the Frozen Throne world editor.
- Open the Object editor
- Go to the Abilities tab
- Select the ability whose icon you want to change
- Double-click the Art - icon - field (there may be variants such as on and off)
- Select the new icon artwork. If you want to use a custom one, change to the import line and select the appropriate icon that have you previously imported (use the Import manager)
Note: All 2-dimensional artwork, including model skins, is stored in format call *.blp. In order to use your own custom picture, you have to conver it to a *.blp first. You can do that with the Warcraft3 Image Extractor (http://home.cwru.edu/~jjw10/Wc3_Image_Extractor_II.zip).
Ask Exedore, she might know.
Try "He might know."

Are you sure that you didn't change any other properties associated with the ability? Changing the icon should have no effect on whether or not the ability works.

if i open my .blp , my paint (or another programs) cant read it
I tried with my WoW screenshoot , Take abbilities

You can either use WC3 image extractor or an even better program
that can convert to a lot of formats Is, IfranViem.
You can download them at:

You can do lot more with It than Image Extractor.

What was the error? It might be because you don't have the proper Visual Basic 4 runtime libraries. You can download them here (http://shadowflare.gameproc.com/dwnload.html#WinMPQ) (along with WinMPQ if you need it).
